The YMCA offers a safe, supervised, and fun environment in which to enjoy swimming, basketball, volleyball, racquetball, wallyball, and other activities at a very reasonable cost. Our staff is committed to helping your group have an enjoyable experience so you'll want to come back again and again.
Boland Wellness CenterThis beautiful 6,000 sq. ft. facility will leave you speechless. Your tour begins as you step foot onto the raised three lane indoor track. Walk or run in peace while you enjoy the spectacular aerial view of the Boland Wellness Center. The Boland Wellness Center is equipped with a state-of-the-art Cybex selectorized circuit. A YMCA member can benefit from the free orientation process given by the wellness staff. Members will learn to use and adjust each piece of equipment in the circuit. The YMCA strives for each member to feel comfortable and confident on all exercise equipment. Take a ride on the sleek Cybex Arc Trainers and treadmills, or sit back and enjoy a stroll on the Cybex upright and recumbent bikes. A member can also enjoy the Precor Elliptical and Stair Master pieces for additional challenge. Wrap things up with a wonderful line of Cybex free-weight equipment. Take advantage of urethane coated straight barbells and dumbbells. Women and seniors will love the fact our dumbbells are in increments of 2.5 lbs. This allows for greater progress and convenience. Free Weight RoomThis room features heavy-duty equipment for a serious workout with no fluff. The weight room houses (2) power racks, deadlift/power clean platform, rubber bumper plates smith machine, (2) competition-style flat Olympic benches, (1) Olympic incline bench, leg press, hack squat, (7) competition spec Olympic bars, and dumbbells up to 120 lbs. Many other pieces complete this hard core atmosphere. Chalk is provided. |

Swimming PoolThe YMCA pool is a six lane pool with depths ranging from 4 feet to 10 foot. It is has a flow over gutter system and lanes are divided by non-turbulent lane ropes. The pool temperature is kept between 84 to 85 degrees by a digital thermal sensor. The pool chemicals are monitored every two hours by staff and continuously by Stantrol Chemical Control System. |

WhirlpoolThe seven person whirlpool is kept at approximately 104 degrees. The pool is an inground installment for easy access. Children under eight years of age should not submerge in this pool, children nine years to twelve years must be accompanied by an adult. |

SaunaThe sauna is an eight person room. The room temperature is kept at approximately 130 degrees. Individuals with heart conditions and children under 16 years of age should not use this room at all. |

GymnasiumThis room is a double court Gym. It can be divided into two volleyball or four man basketball courts or can be played as a full five man basketball court. The four man basketball courts have adjustable rims for younger age groups to use during the YMCA Youth Basketball program. It also has a one sixteenth walking track laid out around the edge of the room. The floor is a rubberized surface to prevent shin splints and other injuries caused by hard surfaces. |

Racquetball CourtsThe YMCA has one racquetball courts available for usage at no charge. The Racquetball Court can be reserved on one hour time slots. The YMCA does not sell or rent racquetball equipment so patrons must bring their own. |

Child WatchThe Child Watch room has play ovens, play workbenches, slides, children sized table and chairs and many, many toys. Our Child Watch workers are tops in their area which brings peace of mind to mom or dad while they work out. The room is designed for ages ranging from newborn to 7 years old.
